Over the weekend I had the pleasure of heading out to a new-to-me venue, Hidden Brook Acres out in Shelbyville Indiana. It was a beautiful, if a little windy, day for Haley and Shawn to tie the knot. The two were joined by their friends and family for a romantic ceremony out in a secluded field at the edge of some woods and surrounded by tall grasses that made for a perfect ceremony. Major props go out to the couple that wrote their own vows. They were definitely some of my very favorite vows and included heart-felt words and lots of rhyming on the grooms part. I can’t give a full picture of the awesome ceremony without mentioning the skillful rhyming of heart and fart. lol - it was truly an amazing day full of laughs and love.
