As many of you know, I am a huge fan of outdoor portraits. There are so many perks to having an outdoor session. They allow kiddos to run around and have fun, there's always gorgeous light somewhere in the fresh air and a host of other awesome reasons. Indiana's unpredictable weather would be one of the few items in the 'con' section though. The Akel crew and I were honorary meteorologists leading up to their portrait session when a clear forecast suddenly yielded rain. We got lucky(or we should just start being weather ladies) and the rain finished up in time for us to take the whole session outside out by the pond. I can't believe that it's already been 3 whole months since I first met this little lady and I had a blast catching up with this wonderful crew. I can't wait to see them again in a few short months!
